Before moving into your new home, you will need to set up your utilities. Prosper has made this easier through Utility Setup. Simply enter the address of your new unit on the page, and it will show you which utilities need to be set up and provide instructions on how to complete each one. Most of our units are pet-friendly. To help us provide appropriate accommodations for all animals—including household pets, emotional support animals, and service animals—we require all current and future tenants to complete our pet screening process. Tenants without animals must also complete a no-pet profile to acknowledge our animal-related policies.
We use PetScreening, a third-party service, to ensure consistent compliance with our pet policies for everyone’s safety. Household pet profiles require a $30 fee per pet ($25 if paid via ACH). No-pet profiles and support/assistance animal accommodation requests are free of charge, provided the required documentation is submitted to complete the process.
