Instructions on Cleaning Your Unit
1. Anything thrown outside must be put into garbage container. Tenant will be charged for anything sitting outside of dumpster. Tenant will be charged $50.00 for every item that the garbage company will not take. Tires, Electronics, Appliances, Metal, Mattresses, Couches, etc. If you have a question about this ask management first.
2. Clean Apartment - All surface areas must be dusted. All Floors must be vacuumed. Remove any personal items from cabinet, freezer, dishwasher, and countertops. Remove any personal items from cabinet, washer, dryer. Do not leave empty detergent containers. Clean and Wipe down all walls, chalkboards, light fixtures, fans, windows, door knobs, stove, oven, and fridge. Bathroom - Toilets and Showers should be thoroughly scrubbed. Clean Fridge Thoroughly, unplug and leave doors open. Remove all personal belongings or they will be thrown away. Pick up yard and any garbage left outside of the unit. If any of these items are not done the tenant will be charged labor for cleaning.
3. Final Check - Before leaving apartment for the last time ask yourself…Would I be happy moving into this apartment right now?
After Cleaning is finished:
- Return Keys to Management or Rent Drop Box (Tenant will be charged $50.00 for changing the locks if key is not returned. (Drop Box is located just outside our office door)
- Return Parking Pass to Management or Rent Drop Box (Tenant will be charged $20.00 if not returned)
